Budgeting is one of the most crucial pieces of information in a business, @Ldecaul. Let me share how the scheduled reports work in QuickBooks Online.
I recognize the need to hide the subaccount for the budgeting when sending management reports. However, this option is unavailable. This means that others can view this section in the report regardless if you collapse it during customization.
In the meantime, you can manually download this report by exporting it as a PDF or DOCX, then remove the subaccount outside QuickBooks.
