We have been paying our employees and contractors via Direc Deposit of our main bank account but the payments were recorded in 2 bank accounts. I cant use the balance sheet because one of the accounts is in the negative. Why would QBO record payment to my other bank Account when it was never the case. I cant delete the duplicated Direct Deposits. Why QBO, why? I been going to bed 2 to 3am for the past month. People have been posting about this since 2018. I already reconcile all my accounts and delete my work, re do all the matching and still I cant get rid of the duplicated direct deposits. This is suppose to be easy not so fustrating.
