I understand how important it is to add signatures to invoices you send to your customers in QuickBooks Online. We assure you that we're always committed to providing you with the best QuickBooks Online experience. Our product engineers are working diligently to improve our services to everyone.

 

I recommend using a third-party software that can insert signatures to an invoice you send to your customers or manually add them through Adobe and send them outside QuickBooks Online.

 

While this option isn't currently available, I recommend sending feedback directly to our product engineers so they can take note of your suggestions.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Select the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
  2. Fill in your suggestions in the Feedback field.
  3. Select Next to send it.

 

Moreover, you can also learn how to customize invoice forms in QuickBooks Online to personalize your invoice looks that you send to your customers.
