We use POs for to fulfill our customer's order from various vendors.  It would be great if there were a few functions:

1) The ability to automatically pull in the end customer's phone number.  All shipments require a phone number, yet we need to manually add this information on every PO.

2) The ability to send POs to more than one email.  Some of our vendors are small & if one person is off on vacation, they may never receive the order.

3) We're connected to our online store.  It would speed things up dramatically if we had the ability to copy sales receipts & the items on those receipts directly over to POs.
