Welcome to the Community, Asalam!

The option to import a journal entry from Excel to QuickBooks Online is currently unavailable. However, you can enter it manually. It's essential to seek the guidance of your accountant to ensure that your books are accurate.

Here's how to manually enter a journal entry:

  1. Go to the +New menu.
  2. Select Journal entry.
  3. Complete all the necessary details.
  4. Click Save and close.

Additionally, you can use a third-party app to import it. You can find one within our program by following these steps:

  1. Go to the Apps menu.
  2. Select the Find apps tab.
  3. Type the app name in the search bar or choose the Browse category dropdown menu to explore different apps.

You can also follow 4Gal's advice.

In case you want to swap the debits and credits or delete the journal entry entirely, you can check out this article for guidance: Reverse or delete a journal entry in QuickBooks Online.

If you have any other concerns besides importing your journal entry through Excel, please feel free to get back to this thread. The Community is always eager to assist. Stay safe!
