I understand that you need the subtotal function to make invoices. However, this feature isn't currently available in our new invoice layout, and we don't have a specific timeline for its release. Rest assured our engineers are working on it as quickly as possible.
To add this feature, I recommend sending feedback to our product developers to let them know about your request to get the subtotal feature reinstated.
Here's how:
- Sign in to your QuickBooks Online(QBO) account.
- Click the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
- Enter your comments or product suggestions.
- Press Next.
Once done, our designated team will review it. You can track your feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.
