Hello All,

We did a bit of troubleshooting and found the solution.  If the Contractor is an individual and you have already created the profile awhile ago, you will not be able to send and email. However, if you go to

- Payroll

-Contractors

- Select the contractor

-Select "Edit Personal"

-Select "Business"

-Update with their name and Save.

This should take you out of the page and you will see "Send email reminder"

We will covert the contractor back to individual once they have completed setting up their profile.

It seems QuickBooks's staff is not much help when it comes to this stuff.
