Thanks for coming back, TV Bent.

After performing the steps provided by my colleague, it will bring you back to the customized Audit report that will show all the invoices. Just double-click the voided transaction to provide you with the details since we can't restore the deleted invoice. If you need help creating the invoice, we have an article to guide you through the process: Create an invoice in QuickBooks Desktop. You can refer to this screenshot after customizing the Audit Trail:

Also, we can access the deleted invoice by running a report. Here's how:

  1. Go to “Reports” and then “Accountant“.
  2. Choose Voided/Deleted Transactions Detail.
  3. From here, you should be able to see the details of the invoice in question.
  4. Press Customize Report.
  5. Click the Filters tab.
  6. In the Search Filters, type Transaction and click the result in the Filter column.
  7. In the Transaction Type, press the dropdown and select the Invoice option.
  8. Press OK.

For reference, check out this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop. Additionally, here's a helpful link that you can open to further guide you in managing your customer's transactions in QBDT: Get started with customer transaction workflows in QuickBooks Desktop.

Please let me know how this goes. I'm always here ready to provide further assistance to help achieve your goal. Have a good day ahead and take care.
