Let's perform troubleshooting steps to help fix the issue, taradenzin.

 

We can use the Verify and Rebuild Data tool to scan your files for any errors and fix common issues. To do so, follow the steps highlighted below:

 

  1. Go to the Window menu in your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), and select Close All.
  2. Go to the File menu.
  3. Select Utilities.
  4. Click Verify Data.
  5. Go back to the File menu.
  6. Select Utilities.
  7. Click Rebuild Data.
