We acknowledge the importance of deleting credit card numbers from your QuickBooks Online account. However, this option isn't currently available in QBO. Rest assured our team is working hard to improve our services and meet the business needs of our valued customers.
You can deactivate a credit card to turn off its functionality within QuickBooks Online as a workaround.
While this option isn't currently available, I recommend sending direct feedback to our product engineers to add your vote about deleting a credit card info.
Here's how:
- Select the Gear icon and choose Feedback.
- Fill in your suggestions in the Feedback field.
- Select Next to send it.
