I know you already reach out to the support but I encourage you to contact our support again for updates. You can reach them through QuickBooks Online (QBO). They're available Monday to Friday, from 6 AM to 6 PM PT. Here's how:
- Go to the Help (?) menu at the top right corner.
- Choose or type Contact Us.
- Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
- Pick a way to connect with them:
- Ask the community to get help from businesses like yours.
- Start a chat with a support expert.
