Thank you for joining this thread, David.

I'll be glad to provide you with a few simple steps for generating a report on your customer's credit card expiration dates. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports from the left side menu.
  2. On the search bar, type in Customer Contact List.
  3. Click Switch to classic view and then select Customize.
  4. Under Rows/Columns, click Change Columns.
  5. To add the credit card expiration dates, select the CC Expires box.

Note: You can also select, remove, and reorder columns by dragging them according to your preferences.

When generating the same reports in the future, you can refer to this article to save time: Memorize reports in QuickBooks Online.

We want to ensure that you get the best help that you need. I'll always be available in the comment section. Have a good one, David!
