I've got your back, @KJOHNSTON0312.

I appreciate the workarounds you performed to open reports showing transfers from one account to another. However, I'm sharing an alternative method that can be helpful.

You can pull up the Transaction Detail Report, which shows the transfers between two accounts and can include the split detail. However, you'll need to manually add the amounts for each split account. I can guide you through the process.

  1. Go to Reports, then Custom Reports.
  2. Open Transaction Detail.
  3. Select Customize Report.
  4. Filter the Transaction Type by Transfer.
  5. Choose Multiple accounts under the Account dropdown, select the accounts, then click OK.

You can also export the report to Excel, allowing you to customize it further and display essential details.

In QuickBooks Desktop, you can personalize any report that you generate. For guidance, check out this article: Customize reports in QuickBooks Desktop.

Please let me know if you need further help regarding the report. I'm always here to help in any way I can. Stay safe!
