In QuickBooks Online, the duplicate feature is unavailable in the options in the All Sales tab. However, there's a new way to make a copy of the estimate in the updated program. You can refer to the steps below for guidance:
- Go to Sales, then select All Sales.
- Find the estimate you want to make a copy, then click Edit.
- Click the Actions dropdown in the left navigation menu, then select Make a copy.
- You can review the estimates, then select Save and Close.
Furthermore, you can convert the estimate directly to an invoice to save time from entering the information and keep your books accurate.
