I have done all of this and noone seems to be able to help me with this. I have had them tell me that you cannot and never have been able to search for customers by address using quickbooks online which is a lie. I have done so for many years. I have honestly gone through every option. Is there anyway you can please have one of the software developers or IT people contact me? Customer service has been no help and I have about 5 hrs over the past week of dealing with them
