First off, some customers reported this kind of issue but right now, it's already fixed. Since you still experience the same issue, I recommend contacting our customer support team so they can reopen the investigation if necessary.

 

Here's how you can get in touch with them:

 

  1. Go to the Help icon and choose the Search tab.
  2. Select Contact Us.
  3. Describe your concern and select Continue.
  4. Choose between Chat with us and Have us call you.
