We'll have to remove the email entered in the Bcc field before sending the reminder. Simply follow these easy steps to carry out the task:
- In your company, head to the Sales menu on the left panel and choose Invoices or All sales.
- From the list, look for the sales entry you're working on.
- Go to the Action column and click the drop-down to select Send reminder.
- In the Send Invoice screen, tap the Cc/Bcc link to show more details.
- In the Bcc field, delete the email address and make sure to unmark the Send me a copy box.
- Tap the Send button to email the reminder to your customer.

You can let our product engineers know to add back the old way of seeing the sale form activity to QuickBooks Online (QBO). They can review your feedback and may consider adding the feature back to the program in future releases.

- Click Next to submit.
