I understand the importance of ensuring that your invoices are successfully delivered and received, Heather. Let me guide you through the process of checking for bounced-back invoices in QuickBooks Online (QBO). 


In QuickBooks Online, you can check if an emailed invoice bounced back by following the steps below. 

 

  1. Go to the Sales menu and click Invoice
  2. If the invoice has bounced back, it will show a Delivery Issue.
