I understand the challenges you are facing with regard to removing the payment link in your invoices, Rob. Rest assured that I'm here to help. 

 

There are two ways to remove the payment link from the invoice. Firstly, you can turn off the online payments option within the invoice by going to the Print or Preview section at the bottom of the invoice page. Then, uncheck the Add a Pay invoice link and Add a QR Code options. 

 

However, if you have already unchecked these boxes in your settings and still facing the issue, I recommend reaching out to QuickBooks Payments Support team for further assistance. They will help you identify the root cause of the issue and provide a solution to resolve it. To contact them , here's how:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose a way to connect with us: Ask the community or Start a chat with a support expert.

 

You can contact them from Monday to Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM PT.
