Every penny counts when running a business. I'd like to route you to the support available to help you with the reimbursement process and return to the QuickBooks Desktop version.

 

I understand that you want your money back, but since QuickBooks Community is a public forum, we're unable to pull up your account information and assist you with the refund. Thus, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Support Team. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. From the Search tab, click Contact Us.
  3. Please enter your question and select Continue.
  4. Review and Select from the following: Have us call you or Chat with us.
