Beforehand, have you already tried doing the troubleshooting steps given above, such as using a private window or clearing its cache? Also, the information you see depends on the report's Filters from the Customize page. Thus, you'll want to ensure that you selected the appropriate boxes like Name, Vendor, or Customer.
