Thanks for joining this thread, @dlash.

 

Due to recent QuickBooks Online updates, we no longer have the Transactions tab. If you wish to confirm the transactions have attachments, here are the updated steps.

 

For the customer transactions:

  1. Click the Sales menu.
  2. Under the Sales tab, click the Settings icon.
  3. Put a check mark on the Attachments box.
  4. You can modify the reports date range by clicking the Filter tab.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click the Print list icon if you'd like to print it.

For the vendor transactions:

  1. Click the Expenses menu.
  2. Under the Expenses tab, click the Settings icon.
  3. Put a check mark on the Attachments box.
  4. You can modify the reports date range by clicking the Filter tab.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click the Print list icon if you'd like to print it.
