The memo column in the pay bills page is currently unavailable to QuickBooks Online (QBO). I understand the limited space the Ref. No. column offers. Please continue using this workaround at the moment.
To request the memo column feature, please provide your valuable feedback to our product developers. This will help us improve our services and improve your QBO experience. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
- Enter your suggestions.
- Click Next.
- Choose Feedback for the category.
- Click Send.
Our developers will review and consider your feedback based on the requests received. You can track your submitted feature request and view the most recent QuickBooks updates on our Feedback forum page.
