Thank you for the quick response. I am not happy with the change as Intuit took a valuable function and monetized it. I bill for different things, phone calls, onsite visits , and text responses. There is no place to get these to come up chronlogically. All the phone calls are together. All the texts are together on my phone and all the visits are together on my calendar. I typically start an invoice. Go through my texts and enter line items. Then I go back and insert line items for the calls. Then I go back and insert line items for my appointments. It's not practical to build an invoice as it happens because my calls from different clients run together and I would rather enter on a pc than my phone anyway. Intuit took something essential to me and removed it almost forcing me to upgrade to get something I used to have. I will try your work around and see how it goes.
