Exactly.. presenting it as the New invoice experience, like some ridiculous Disney attraction is ludicrous!  I posted similar question in another section and was sent a link on how to make my invoices prettier 🤯. Unreal!  I suppose I'll take 3-4 hours out of my day next week to try & find a customer service person"that actually knows the program" & maybe they can at least help with the sales tax issue.  Have a beautiful weekend!
