Let me share some insights about switching from the new invoice layout to the old one in QuickBooks Online.
If you are currently using QuickBooks Online Simple Start, you will be switched automatically to the new invoice system without an option to opt-out. This means that you won't be able to revert to the old invoice system once the migration has occurred.
In case, you want to switch to the old invoice layout using Simple Start, I recommend sending feedback to our Developer Team. This way, they can see your request and consider it for the next program update.
Here's how:
- Access your QuickBooks Online company.
- Click the Gear icon on the top right corner of the screen.
- Under the Profile column, select Feedback.
- Enter a brief description of your feature request.
- Once you're ready, press Send.
