We appreciate you joining the thread. We'll provide important information to help you get through and export reports with corresponding balances.

Before anything else, please be aware that the recommended system binary digit when exporting reports is 64-bit. It will allow you to collect a ton of data as it has the processing power needed. We'll input the steps to help you check your current setup:

  1. Access an Excel file.
  2. Click the File tab from the Excel ribbon.
  3. Choose the Account option, and click About Excel.

If you're using Office 365, you'll want to review and edit the Protected View settings. With this, you can read a file, and see its content and edit it while reducing the risks of catching viruses, and other potentially harmful malware. See this page for more information: What is Protected View?

In addition, you can visit these articles to help you customize a report, and keep your current settings for future use inside the program:

Feel free to inform us on how it goes. We'll be here, ready to help you with managing business reports inside QuickBooks. Keep safe.
