To keep you updated, I want to let you know that the cases related to the receipt management not working are linked to investigation number INV-53168. If you still need to be added to the list of affected users, I recommend you contact our QuickBooks Desktop Support team. This way, you'll receive updates on the status via email. Follow these steps to get in touch with our support team: 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open QuickBooks.
  2. Go to Help.
  3. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  4. Click on the Contact us link and choose a topic.
  5. Enter your account information and click on Submit.
  6. Choose a way to connect with us.

 

In the meantime, if you're looking for a less complicated program for creating receipts and invoices, you can explore other receipt management apps that integrate with QuickBooks. These apps can provide seamless synchronization of receipts with QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), and they may offer a more user-friendly experience for your needs.
