Your deposit is on hold because our Risk Management Team periodically reviews payments to ensure everything is right. This way, everyone involved in the process is safe and secure. You should get a message at the email address used to sign in to the Merchant Service Center with steps to fix any issues. If you can't find it, check your spam messages. However, if you didn't receive one, I recommend contacting support. They can investigate your concern further in a safe environment.
