Seriously, stop telling us to use the feedback button. I've been using that button since the disastrous and totally unusable "modern view" reporting. While annoying that we have to click a button to get to classic view, NOW YOU ARE TAKING IT AWAY ON DEC 14. Apparently all the negative feedback isn't making it to decision makers or they don't really care about their customers.
Does anyone at Intuit care that your QBO UI updates are universally hated and all the feedback I've seen is they make everything more difficult? Is customer satisfaction and a functional product no longer a company goal? I'm asking this question seriously, very seriously. What is going on and what is management going to do about it. And if their plan is to continue to roll out this disaster, why? What are the advantages of the "improvements" -- because I haven't seen any positives anywhere about all of these UI changes.
