We can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to know whether this issue you're experiencing is browser-caused. We can use these keyboard shortcuts to access incognito or private mode. Here's how:
- Ctrl + Shift + N for Google Chrome
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Firefox
- Control + Option +P if you're using Safari.
- Ctrl + Shift + P for Microsoft Edge.
Additionally, I recommend clearing your cache to refresh your website preferences for QBO to run correctly. Also, to ensure you have the best experience while using QBO, we recommend using the latest version of your browser and updating your Adobe Acrobat Reader.
