Thanks for visiting the Community, @lp_mi. I'm here to provide information regarding saving your invoice preferences in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

The customization with the invoice columns will stay intact if you're using the same browser as your initial setup. Just make sure you're using the supported browser versions for QBO. Refer to this article for more details: System requirements for QuickBooks Online, Accountant, Payroll, and QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

Furthermore, if you have recently cleared your browser's cookies, your edited and saved columns will be reverted to the standard format. Browser cookies track, personalize and keep your website preferences for each user's session.

 

To save your preferences, make sure you're using the same browser when you have adjusted the invoice columns.
