I appreciate the initial troubleshooting steps you took to resolve the missing invoice activity. At this point, I recommend reaching out to our QBO Support so they can further investigate using additional tools.
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose the Search tab and click Contact Us at the bottom.
- Enter a summary of your concern and click Continue.
- Choose between Chat and Callback.
