Thank you for getting back to us, @johanna.

I understand you have a question about changing the time stamp's location in QuickBooks reports. While QuickBooks reports typically display the Date, Report name, Company name, and Logo in the upper left corner, there is no built-in option to move the time stamp's location within the report. However, I'm here to guide you through an alternative solution that should help you achieve the desired result.

To adjust the time stamp's location in your report, you can export it to Excel and then manually edit the time stamps.  In Excel, you can easily move and edit the time stamp location to your preferred position in the upper left part of the report.

Here are the steps to export the report to Excel:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. Search for and select the report you want to export.
  3. At the top of the report, select the Export icon.
  4. Select Export to Excel icon.
  5. Hit "Export to Excel" from the drop-down menu.

Once you have the report in Excel, you can edit the time stamp location by moving the cells around.
