We recognize the importance of adding dynamic messages in recurring invoices. However, as of now, this feature isn't available in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
As a workaround, you can select the most suitable automated messaging third-party app for your recipients from our Apps Center and Apps menu. Let me guide you how.
- Go to the Apps menu.
- Select the Find apps tab.
- Enter a keyword in the search bar or click the Browse category dropdown menu to explore different apps.
