I see the benefits of including classes and location details while importing your invoices. Currently, there are no mapping options for this in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
Our team is continuously working to enhance our product and provide you with a better experience. For this feature to be considered, I suggest sending feedback to our Product Development Team.
Here's how to send feedback:
- Select the Gear icon, then choose Feedback.
- Type in your product suggestions.
- Select Next to submit.
In the meantime, you can manually enter the information after the invoices are imported.
After successfully importing your invoices in QBO and you've received a payment from your customer you can record the invoice payment so your invoices will be marked as paid. You can follow the steps provided in this article: Record invoice payments.
