We aim to provide concise information to help our customers resolve their situation using QuickBooks Online (QBO). Please be aware that if your subscription is QBO Simple Start, the option to switch back to the invoice's old layout is no longer available. In this situation, we'd recommend sending a feature request to our Product Development Team. This way, they'll be able to look at your suggestion and evaluate it so they can consider adding the feature to future program updates:

 

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right-corner, click the Gear icon.
  3. Select Feedback and then enter your comments or product suggestions.
  4. Once ready, click Next to submit feedback.
