Since the Fixed Asset Manager (FAM) is a built-in feature in QuickBooks Desktop and a stand-alone for this feature is currently unavailable. You may want to visit this website https://apps.intuit.com to check other third-party applications that are similar to the FAM feature that will suit your needs.
