Before anything else, know that this isn't the experience we'd want you to have when using QuickBooks Checking. We want to ensure this gets sorted out as soon as possible, and with that said, we'll point you in the right direction. We'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team so they can access your account in a secure environment and conduct further investigation to determine the root cause of the problem. We'll write down the steps to get you going:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select or type Contact Us.
  4. Enter your concern, then select Let's talk.
  5. Choose Start a chat with a support expert.
