I understand that you may have relied on Scan Manager in QuickBooks Desktop for your scanning needs. However, know that Scan Manager has been discontinued in QuickBooks Desktop 2022. This means that the feature is no longer available for use in the future version (2024) of the software.

 

I recommend exploring the Attach Documents feature, which replaces Scan Manager. This feature allows you to easily attach and link documents to transactions, such as invoices, receipts, or bills, directly within QuickBooks Desktop.
