I appreciate you coming in the Community with your concern. 

 

Currently, our engineering team is aware of this top-priority investigation about customers who can't set up autopay for recurring invoices in QuickBooks Online. As of the moment, we can't tell you the estimated time for the resolution of this issue.

 

Furthermore, I understand that you've already reached out to our support. However, I recommend contacting our phone or chat support again to be added to the affected users list. Just provide your name, updated email address, and the investigation number, INV-92292, to be notified when an update becomes available.
