Every business with inventory needs to print a packing slip. It's a basic business function. We're not asking for something complicated. My business is super basic like many others. Inventory, customers, vendors.  This new invoice layout and lack of functionality motivates me to look more seriously at an accounting system alternative.

I've been overwhelmingly frustrated with the lack of function of Quickbooks online compared to Quickbooks Desktop. I wish I would have never switched. Beware Quickbooks, this kind of frustration from us, your long-time customers, will be super motivating to other businesses to develop a rival system to replace you. Please, please employ people who run businesses and can tell you what we need before you throw up a "new" feature that sucks time out of our day to try to use.
