Every business with inventory needs the ability to print a packing slip. I have been overwhelmingly frustrated with the lack of function and capability of Quickbooks Online compared to Quickbooks Desktop. I wish I would have never switched. The lack of understanding by Quickbooks of what is required to run a business is mind-boggling. And my business isn't even complicated. It's as basic as it gets. Inventory, customers, vendors. This lack of awareness as illustrated by the new invoice layout makes me even more motivated to look for an accounting system alternative to Quickbooks.
