@brandoncopley , could you please be extremely specific (Tweet kindergartner here) about how to tweet the person you are dealing with?  I go to Twitter, then do ... what...?

My goal from the get-go has been to get this message to the executive board.  Clearly NOTHING has worked so far, and getting the QBO staff to pass the messages to the board has been impossible.  They are robots, well-programmed to sing the praises of procedures that are shiny on the surface and totally useless and a complete waste of time under the shine.  I submitted a request to the executive board on their webpage, and was called by Maria, who said she worked for the President, and turns out her phone number is the standard Customer Service phone, NOT the executive offices.  I suspected that she did not indeed work for any middle or upper manager when she could not understand my complaint was about the Modern View.  Fourteen minutes later, I gave up on her.  Then I got the "are you totally happy with Maria's resolution of your issue?" survey, which dead-ended before even being sent.
