The responsiveness of the Modern View is not in question. Some users (myself included) do not find Modern View useful and would prefer to use the Classic View. If other users find Modern View useful, that's awesome. The issue is not which view is better but that Intuit is not responsive in what users want (i.e., the ability to make Classic View default).
