I appreciate you for trying the steps shared by my colleague to determine why the customer's balance is aligned on the left.

 

At this time, I suggest reaching out to our phone experts so we can review the root cause of the issue. You can do so by clicking the ? Help icon. Here's how:

 

  1. Click the ? Help icon.
  2. Enter Talk to a human.
  3. Enter a few words as keywords to the issue you encounter.
  4. Select No.
  5. You can choose how you want to get in touch with the support.

 

Also, there are three types of customer statements in QBO. It's the Balance forwardOpen Item, and Transaction Statement. If you wish to know more about them, kindly check out this article: Create and send customer statements in QuickBooks Online.
