Having the option to automatically add credit card fees when processing your invoices in QuickBooks Online is a good idea. However, it's still unavailable. I understand the relevance of this option in your business. I appreciate your suggestion and I would recommend sending feedback directly to our product development team.
 

Here's how:

1. Head to the Gear icon.

2. Select Feedback.

3. Share your comments or product suggestions.

4. Click Next to submit.

For now, you can manually add service fees to invoices in QuickBooks Online as suggested by Angelyn_T. 

Moreover, you can add, customize, or remove logos on sales forms. These will help you personalize your invoices, estimates, or sales receipts.
