It appears that you attempted to follow my colleague @Mich_S's troubleshooting steps. If the steps do not resolve the issue, I recommend contacting our Support Team to investigate further and, if necessary, open a ticket.
Here's how:
- Log in to your QuickBooks Online company.
- Go to Help (?) at the upper right.
- Select the Search tab, then Contact Us.
- Enter a brief description of your issue, then hit Continue.
- Choose a way to connect:
- Start a chat with a live support.
- Get a callback from the next available support.
