Hello, SJ3351.

I understand the importance of having archived your payroll tax forms. I'm here to assist you in resolving this matter.

Since the previous year's payroll tax form is still missing, I suggest getting in touch with our Technical Support Team. This way, we can delve deeper into the problem and perform necessary diagnostics to identify the root cause of missing payroll forms. Here's how to connect with us:

  1. Click the Help icon.
  2. Go to the Search tab, then click the Contact Us button.
  3. Enter a brief description of your concern in the description box.
  4. Proceed with Continue, then select your preferred way to connect.

For more information on how to check the payment or form you submitted in QuickBooks, see this article: Check E-file or E-pay Status.

For future reference, here's a link to help you with Year-End in QuickBooks Online Payroll: Year-end checklist for QuickBooks Online Payroll.

Reach out again if you have follow-up questions or concerns when using QuickBooks. I'll be around to help. Have a great day ahead.
