Hello there, @kvanheuk.

 

I'm here to give you an update about the investigation where you were added to the list of the affected users.

 

The said investigation is already closed. However, as I have checked, there is a new investigation opened for the same issue, as there are still reports from affected users.

 

That being said, I recommend reaching our Customer Care team so you will be added to the new list.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Click the Help (?) icon.
  2. On the Assistant tab, enter Talk to a human.
  3. Enter a short description of your concern and press Enter.
  4. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
  5. Choose how you'll want to get in touch with the support.
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a call back from the next available expert.

 

Before doing so, check their support hours to know their availability to reach them at your convenient time.
